How do I become a member?

Are you a WorldMark South Pacific Club Owner? You may already have access to Privileges - Use your Owner Number and WorldMarkSP online reservations password to log in. If you don\'t yet have a Privileges by Wyndham membership, contact your Owner Enhancements team to find out more!

How do I log in to my account?

To log in, navigate to privilegesbywyndham.com and click on the blue \'Login\' button on the top right corner. Enter your Owner or Privileges Number and Password, then click \'Login\'.

How do I update my details?

What is Wyndham Rewards
®?

What is Wyndham Rewards®? 

Wyndham Rewards® is the world\'s largest hotel rewards program based on the number of participating properties and is offered exclusively by Wyndham Hotel Group. The program enables Wyndham Rewards® members to earn Wyndham Rewards® points which can be redeemed towards accommodation stays, car rentals, gift cards, levies and more! Privileges by Wyndham members ("Privileges members") are automatically enrolled in Wyndham Rewards as part of their Privileges membership benefits.

Does the Wyndham Rewards® program offer anything special for members of the WorldMark South Pacific Club community? 

Yes! Privileges by Wyndham members of the WorldMark South Pacific Club can redeem Wyndham Rewards® points to make a payment towards their annual Club levies. Additionally, Privileges by Wyndham members can earn Wyndham Rewards® points as rewards for referring friends, attending Owner updates and through sales incentives. Additionally, Privileges Elite members and above are able to exchange their Privileges Qualified Credits for Wyndham Rewards points once every Anniversary Year up to the annual exchange cap (see "Exchange Program" FAQ\'s below for more information).

Wyndham Rewards® Enrollment

How do I enroll into the Wyndham Rewards® program? 

The primary Privileges by Wyndham member on a WorldMark South Pacific Club Ownership account is automatically enrolled into Wyndham Rewards upon signing up to Privileges by Wyndham membership.

Only the primary Privileges by Wyndham member is enrolled as the Wyndham Rewards system does not allow for two members to be added at the time of account creation.

A secondary member can be added to an existing Wyndham Rewards account, as per instructions outlined below under "How do I add a secondary member to my Wyndham Rewards account?"

Privileges by Wyndham members who have been enrolled into the Wyndham Rewards program will receive an email confirmation from Wyndham Rewards welcoming them to the program and advising of their membership number.

How do I add a secondary member to my Wyndham Rewards® account? 

Only the primary Privileges by Wyndham member is enrolled into the Wyndham Rewards® account.

To add a secondary member, simply call Wyndham Rewards contact centre on 0011-800-367-87477 and they will ask for the secondary member\'s full name and add them to the account.

What access does a secondary member have on a Wyndham Rewards® account? 

Secondary members can access the Wyndham Rewards account with the same login details provided to the primary member.

Secondary members can call in to inquire about the account, redeem Wyndham Rewards points, retrieve internet login information and make reservations; however they are unable to earn points with reservations in their name.

In order to receive Wyndham Rewards points for stays, the reservations must be under the primary member\'s name and the primary member must stay and the rate must be qualifying.

Do I receive a Wyndham Rewards membership card? 

Privileges by Wyndham members are sent a Privileges membership card via post which contains the Wyndham Rewards membership number given to the Privileges by Wyndham member. The card can take 4 - 8 weeks to be posted from transmission of a new Privileges by Wyndham membership.

Members can print a Wyndham Rewards card by visiting www.wyndhamrewards.com and clicking "Print Card" under the "My Member Level" section on the home page after logging in.

Where can I find my Wyndham Rewards® member number? 

Your Wyndham Rewards® member number is printed on your Privileges by Wyndham card. You can also view all your membership numbers by clicking on the \'My Account\' menu on the top right and selecting \'Dashboard\' from the drop down menu.

 

My Wyndham Rewards® Account

How do I modify my name on my Wyndham Rewards® account? 

Privileges by Wyndham membership is linked to Wyndham Rewards® Membership and your Wyndham Rewards® account will be automatically created with the primary Owners name.

In order to modify the name on your Wyndham Rewards® account, please provide the information below to:

- Mail to P.O. Box 4888, Aberdeen, SD 57402-4888

Please include your:
- Wyndham Rewards® membership number
- Current name on account
- New name required for account

How do I remove a member from my Wyndham Rewards account? 

From time to time there may be cases where a member may need to request to remove a primary or secondary Wyndham Rewards member from the Wyndham Rewards account, for instances including; divorce, death, medical situations etc.

In all cases, please refer to the Wyndham Rewards team on 0011-800-367-87477.

I have two Wyndham Rewards accounts when I should have one, who do I contact to fix this? 

Upon signing up to Privileges by Wyndham membership, you are automatically enrolled into the Wyndham Rewards program as you receive additional benefits through Wyndham Rewards with your Privileges membership compared to a regular Wyndham Rewards member. If you already have a Wyndham Rewards account, or you accidentally created a second account that is not linked to your Privileges by Wyndham membership, please contact your Owner Services team and they can remove the second account which is not in use. Any Wyndham Rewards points can be transferred over from the second account which is not in use, to the primary account which is linked to your Privileges by Wyndham membership.

Do Wyndham Rewards® points expire? 

Yes. Wyndham Rewards® points expire four years after the date they are posted to the Wyndham Rewards® account unless they are forfeited due to inactivity (usually 18 months) as defined by the program terms and conditions available at wyndhamrewards.com.

Your username and password are set the first time you log in to www.wyndhamrewards.com.

If this is your first time signing in to www.wyndhamrewards.com, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Visit www.wyndhamrewards.com
  2. On the top right hand side of the page, click on \'First Time Signing In\'
  3. Enter your Wyndham Rewards® \'Member Number\' (Unsure what this is? Please see the question above: Where can I find my Wyndham Rewards® member number?)
  4. Enter \'Email Address or Phone\' (these should be the current details on your WorldMark South Pacific Club Ownership)
  5. Enter \'Zip/Postal Code or City\' (these should be the current details on your WorldMark South Pacific Club Ownership)
  6. Click the \'Enable Online Access\' button
  7. Your username will be automatically populated to your Wyndham Rewards® member number (as printed on your Privileges by Wyndham card)
  8. Enter a \'New Password\'
  9. \'Re-Type New Password\' you entered above
  10. Click the \'Submit\' button
  11. As you are logging in for the first time, you will be asked to set up your security questions

Go Free, Go Fast and Go Get \'em options are all offered by individual properties which are subject to change at any time. Properties are also subject to availability and can change from time to time.

Wyndham Rewards® Earning

How do members earn Wyndham Rewards points with Wyndham Rewards Hotels? 

With over 8,000 hotels globally, earning Wyndham Rewards points through Hotel stays is easy. Simply pay cash for your chosen Wyndham Rewards hotel, and earn points which can be redeemed for other accommodation stays, plus more. For every qualified stay at a participating hotel, Privileges members receive either:

  • 10 Wyndham Rewards® points for every US$1; or
  • 1,000 Wyndham Rewards® points, whichever is more.

Points are earned for dollars spent on room rate only, except at Wyndham Hotels and Resorts® properties, where 10 points are earned for each dollar spent on the total folio (i.e food and beverages).

Follow the steps below to earn Wyndham Rewards points for Hotel Stays:

  • Login to www.wyndhamrewards.com
  • Use your Wyndham Rewards member number - located on your Privileges by Wyndham membership card or on the Account Dashboard at www.privilegesbywyndham.com)
  • Enter your password (if it is your first time logging in, simply follow these steps: https://www.wyndhamrewards.com/trec/consumer/createLogin.action?variant)
  • IMPORTANT: Change the language at the top right hand side to English (APAC) to allow you to redeem the benefits availble in your region
  • Click on the "Earn" tab located at the top of the screen
  • Enter relevant details in the Search bar based on your preferred resort, location and check in/out date, then click "Find it"
    Please Note: Availability will show based on location and travel dates - if your search does not return availability, try searching for a different location or alternative dates of travel, or check back at a later date, as availability can change for each resort throughout the year.
  • From time to time Wyndham Rewards may offer additional earning options through promotions. To find out more about a particular promotion please contact Wyndham Rewards via the contact details at the end of this fact sheet
  • Once you have chosen your preferred resort, click "Check Rates" which will open a new page
  • The new page will show an overview of room types where you can read room descriptions and more. Once you have chosen a room, click "Reserve"
  • Next, a window will open where you can complete the required details and agree to the terms and conditions
  • Please Note: The room rate appears in the currency of the country you are booking
  • Once you are happy to continue, you can click "Submit Reservation" to finalise your reservation

Members can earn Wyndham Rewards points through selected Condos stays. Simply pay cash for your chosen Condo, and earn points which can be redeemed for other accommodation stays, plus more.

Members can earn Wyndham Rewards points at selected Condos (same properties as booking online via below website).

For every qualified stay at a participating Condo, Privileges members receive either:

  • 10 Wyndham Rewards® points for every US$1; or
  • 1,000 Wyndham Rewards® points, whichever is more.
  • Points are earned for dollars spent on room rate only, except at Wyndham Hotels and Resorts® properties, where 10 points are earned for each dollar spent on the total folio (i.e food and beverages).

Follow the steps below to earn Wyndham Rewards points for Condo Stays:

  • Visit https://www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-vacations
  • Login to your account by clicking on the Wyndham Rewards tab in the right hand corner
  • Enter your Wyndham Rewards member number or email address and password
  • Please Note: Your Wyndham Rewards log in details are separate from your WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham Ownership login details. Your Wyndham Rewards member number can be found on the back of your Privileges membership card)
  • Answer your Security Question (Your security question is the extra level of security that you set up the first time you sign in when joining Wyndham Rewards)
  • Browse Condos through the Location, Check in & Check out date, room type and special rates
  • If you click on "Special Rates" you can also tick or untick whether you wish to redeem Wyndham Rewards points at these selected condos or use cash. In this case we are wishing to earn Wyndham Rewards points at these selected Condos, so we will use cash and we will not tick the redeem box.
  • A list of Condos will appear. Browse properties as available or "Refine Results" as shown on left side menu. Refining results narrows the search to select specific options based on your accomodation requirements.
  • Click on the nightly rate to continue with a reservation
  • Select by room or rates for the chosen property.  You can also "Refine Results" and view the total cost of your stay by clicking on "Total For Stay" Remember the cost is a cash payment in order to earn Wyndham Rewards points.
  • Click on "Book $/Night" to continue
  • A new page will appear to enter details.  If prompted "Already a Wyndham Rewards Member?" simply click "Sign In" as this will speed up the booking process
  • Complete "Guest Information" (name, email address, residential address) and "Payment Method" online
  • Click "Complete Reservation" to confirm your reservation
  • You will receive confirmation via e-mail

The most popular and economical way of redeeming Wyndham Rewards points is through accommodation stays where you can redeem at over 25,000 participating hotels, condos and homes globally.

You have two options when redeeming Wyndham Rewards points;

  • Go Free - Members can redeem 15,000 Wyndham Rewards points per bedroom for accommodation for one go free award night. There are no Blackout Dates when redeeming for a free night in hotels.
  • Go Fast - Members can redeem 3,000 Wyndham Rewards points plus pay some cash per bedroom for one go fast award night.
  • IMPORTANT: Both Go Free and Go Fast are available at participating properties only. Blackout Dates may apply at selected Condos and Homes properties.
  • Please Note: Wyndham Rewards Points will usually be posted to Wyndham Rewards account two to four weeks after the activity through which they were earned.

Privileges by Wyndham members who have Wyndham Rewards membership can redeem Wyndham Rewards points towards WorldMark South Pacific Club annual levies. The current exchange is 10,000 Wyndham Rewards points = AUD$60. This exchange rate is subject to change from time to time and will be communicated to members. The New Zealand annual levy is the same as the Australian annual levy but is converted into NZD through a set exchange rate based on the currency at the beginning of the year.

Please Note: The specified amount will be credited to a WorldMark South Pacific Club account and automatically be applied to the next levy payment. Please allow seven business days processing time. Payment of Annual Levies using Wyndham Rewards® points is non-refundable.

What is RCI®?

RCI is a timeshare exchange company which gives WorldMark Owners the opportunity to exchange to other timeshare properties around the world. RCI has over 3.8 million members who are all timeshare Owners of some sort. RCI also has over 4,300 affiliated resorts in more than 110 countries, so there\'s lots of flexibility and choice when travelling through RCI. Privileges by Wyndham members are automatically enrolled as RCI members upon signing up to Privileges membership.

Where can I find my RCI membership number?

Your RCI membership number is printed on your Privileges by Wyndham membership card. If you are a new member, the card will be posted to your nominated address which can take up to 6 weeks to arrive from when your Ownership transmits.

What are the RCI Vacation Credit rates?

Similar to WorldMark South Pacific Club Vacation Credit Charts, RCI has Red, White and Blue seasons. Red is the high season, White is the mid or shoulder season and Blue is the off peak season. The Vacation Credit Rates for RCI\'s accommodation range from 4,000 Vacation Credits in the Blue Season for a Studio room, up to 12,000 Vacation Credits for a three bedroom apartment in the Red Season.

What is the standard of accommodation through RCI?

All of RCI resorts are affiliated from timeshare Owners\' accommodation and the standard of accommodation can vary. However, RCI give out annual recognition awards to resorts based on feedback from RCI customers, which gives an indication of the standard of accommodation and services at these resorts. RCI have Gold Crown, Silver Crown, and Hospitality awards - this is a great way for you to search and review resorts online before confirming a reservation.

What are Split Week/Nightly Stay reservations?

Owners generally have to book a full week (seven nights) reservation with RCI, however Privileges by Wyndham members receive the additional benefit of booking Split Week or Nightly Stays at selected resorts rather than full weeks. These resorts are usually located across America, Canada, the U.K. and Europe. You can book up to 10 months in advance for Split Week or Nightly Stay reservations, however you cannot use the Ongoing Search benefit as this is set to search in week blocks of accommodation. Similar to a Confirm First reservation, once you select the dates and property you wish to book, you can call an RCI consultant who will confirm the reservation. Once confirmed, the applicable Vacation Credits, Housekeeping fee and exchange fees based on the nightly rates will be charged (usually processed within 3 business days).

How do I book a Split Week/Nightly Stay reservation?
  1. Over the phone:
    1. Select the dates and property you wish to book at www.worldmarksp.com (login and click "RCI Exchange" link to view RCI account and properties)
      1. If you wish to search for a property online, it it important to note that the website does not state whether a resort is available for Split Week or Nightly Stay reservations on the main page (however most offer both).
      2. If you search for an area and want to book a Split Week or Nightly Stay reservation, you can search for between one to seven days and any resorts available for Split Week or Nightly Stay reservations will appear in the search results.
      3. If you are looking at an individual resort, check the "check in days" online which will indicate whether Split Week or Nightly Stays are available at the resort - If the check in days states Friday and Saturday, then it is a week based resort (must stay for seven nights), if it states more than Friday and Saturday check in are available, then you can request shorter stays than a week.
    2. Once you have chosen a destination, you can call an RCI consultant to confirm your reservation on 1300 737 667 (AU) or 0800 737 667 (NZ)
    3. You pay the Exchange fee to the RCI Consultant
    4. RCI Consultant confirms the reservation
    5. Applicable Vacation Credits and Housekeeping token/fee based on the nightly rates are deducted (usually processed within three business days)

What is Instant Exchange?

Instant Exchange is last minute seven nights accommodation worldwide where bookings can be made less than 30 days before the check-in date. This seven nights accommodation is only 3,000 Vacation Credits - regardless of the location, apartment size and season that is chosen. An exchange fee and a Housekeeping fee will be charged at the time of confirming a reservation and you can book an Instant Exchange online or by contacting RCI directly.

How do I book an Instant Exchange reservation?
  1. Over the phone:
    1. Select the dates (within 30 days of check in) and property you wish to book at www.worldmarksp.com (login and click "RCI Exchange" link to view RCI account and properties)
    2. Call an RCI consultant on 1300 737 667 (AU) or 0800 737 667 (NZ)
    3. Pay the Exchange fee to the RCI Consultant
    4. RCI Consultant confirms the reservation
    5. Applicable Vacation Credits and Housekeeping token/fee based on the nightly rates are deducted (usually processed within three business days)
  2. Online:
    1. Login at www.worldmarksp.com (login and click "RCI Exchange" link to view RCI account and properties)
      1. Select the property you wish to book, then click "available units":
        1. "Available units" allows you to select the date range in which they wish to travel - for Instant Exchange rates to apply, the dates must be within 30 days
        2. Please Note: Check in days will appear as one day available which indicates the property is available for one week (seven nights). The below example shows that a seven night stay is available to book from Friday 1st December, checking out on Friday 8th December 2017 (all seven nights will not be highlighted grey as available, only the check in day shows as available).
      2. You can then confirm the reservation and pay the Exchange fee, and will receive a confirmation letter which includes the details of your reservation, including the cancellation policy specific to your reservation
      3. Within three business days, your Vacation Credits and Housekeeping token/fee will be deducted from your WorldMark account for the reservation

What is Privileges Holiday Extras?

As a benefit of being a Privileges by Wyndham member, you gain access to additional fixed week resort inventory at reduced prices provided by RCI at resorts not managed by Wyndham. Inventory is displayed at www.privilegesbywyndham.com.au in Vacation Credit values for you to view. Accommodation is provided by external suppliers and the quality of accommodation may vary between destinations. Only one Privileges Holiday Extras reservation for the same dates is permitted and Guest Certificates are not accepted, although friends and family can accompany you during the resort stay subject to occupancy limits for the apartment booked. If a Privileges Holiday Extras booking is cancelled, you may be subject to a charge for the applicable number of Vacation Credits required. For all enquiries and bookings, contact your Owner Services team quoting "Privileges Holiday Extras" during the operating hours of Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm AEST on 1300 850 160 (AU) or 0800 850 160 (NZ).

Do I need to pay Housekeeping on bookings made with RCI?

When confirming a reservation with RCI, a Housekeeping fee is required. If you have a Housekeeping token available, or available to borrow, this may be used towards your RCI reservation. If you do not have a Housekeeping token available, or any tokens available to borrow, you will be charged a fee based on the room size you are booking. Housekeeping fees are the same amounts per room size as WorldMark Housekeeping fees.  You do not have to pay Housekeeping on Rental Bookings as there is no Inventory Exchange.

How does exchanging with RCI work? 

WorldMark\'s unique Credit-based system provides trading power when exchanging with RCI, unlike fixed week timeshare, where a deposit of inventory is required before starting a search, and trading value is based on the season and size of the unit deposited. Therefore, WorldMark\'s Credit-based system offers you, as a Privileges by Wyndham member, flexibility and options when exchanging with RCI. RCI has access to timeshare resorts worldwide, which can be viewed via the link on www.worldmarksp.com or www.rci.com. These resorts are affiliated with RCI, and can be booked subject to availability. Where traditional timeshare is unavailable or scarce, RCI may have sourced alternative resorts in other locations. These non-timeshare rooms may be available to be booked as a Rental:

  • For Vacation Credits or Cash for Privileges by Wyndham members or;
  • For Cash for Premier Owners

When RCI members deposit their holiday entitlements (Vacation Credits or Weeks) with RCI, they are placed into a central availability pool called the Spacebank. This is where all the deposits of RCI members from around the globe are stored and you are able to select a holiday from it. The holiday options that RCI can offer depend on what is available in the pool at the time, and relies on other members to deposit their holiday entitlements at their Club or timeshare resort.  This system then allows you to exchange Vacation Credits for a week of time at any available RCI Affiliated resort.

You can browse the RCI directory of resorts online at www.worldmarksp.com to find your desired location, but it is important to note that check in days are usually Friday or Saturday when booking accommodation through RCI. Once you decide where you would like to travel to, you simply confirm your reservation online or over the phone with an RCI consultant, and pay the applicable exchange and housekeeping fees.

What is an Instant Exchange? 

Instant Exchange is last minute seven nights\' accommodation worldwide where bookings can be made less than 30 days before the check-in date. This seven nights\' accommodation is only 3,000 Vacation Credits - regardless of the location, apartment size and season that is chosen. An Exchange fee and a Housekeeping service will be charged at the time of confirming a reservation and you can book an Instant Exchange online or by contacting RCI directly.

When will the Credits utilized to confirm an online RCI reservation be deducted from my WorldMark account? 

The required Vacation Credits will be deducted from your WorldMark account within three business days of confirmation. The Housekeeping fee(s) will be applied at the same time.

Why was a WorldMark Housekeeping fee utilized for my RCI exchange? 

When you confirm an RCI exchange, an equivalent WorldMark unit is assigned into the RCI system. This WorldMark unit will require cleaning when the RCI guest checks out. In some instances, the RCI unit you are confirmed into will have already had its housekeeping prepaid by its owner; if not, you may also be asked to pay a housekeeping fee upon check in at your RCI exchange unit.

Note: A WorldMark Housekeeping fee must be paid as at the current housekeeping rates. A WorldMark Housekeeping token will be deducted if available. If you have exhausted your WorldMark Housekeeping tokens for the Anniversary Year, WorldMark will mail an invoice to your address on record.

How do I login to RCI? 

You can access your RCI account via your WorldMark Owner website, without having to login twice, or remember two paswords! Login by following the below steps:

Login to your WorldMark website at www.worldmarksp.com\

  1. Once logged in, you will see the Holiday Planning page
  2. The menu list is on the left side - Click on "RCI Exchange"
  3. An information page appears with information regarding RCI - Click on "Click here to book an RCI Reservation"
  4. A Terms and Conditions box will appear - Click "Accept" once you have read the Terms and Conditions which explain that you are leaving the WorldMark website and heading to the RCI website
  5.  Another Terms and Conditions page will appear - Tick the box accepting the terms and conditions, then click "OK"
  6. The RCI website will appear, and you are already logged into your RCI account:

What is a Rental booking? 

Rental bookings are reservations booked through the Rental Pool. The pool has Rental rooms that any RCI member can purchase for cash, however Privileges by Wyndham members can book using Vacation Credits. There are no Exchange or Housekeeping fees required with Rental bookings.

How do you work out the cost of a rental booking? Is it paying with cash or Credits?

What are RCI Inventory Pools? 

RCI has many different inventory \'pools\';

  • WEEKS POOL - Timeshare weeks banked annually. Available to all RCI members.
  • POINTS POOL - Traditional Timeshare Owners sign over their timeshare to RCI for 3 years, and are given RCI points in exchange. This inventory goes into the \'POINTS\' pool. Privileges by Wyndham members are allowed to book inventory from this pool. And this Pool is where Split Weeks and Nightly stays may be available for certain resorts.
  • RENTAL POOL - These are Rental rooms that any RCI member can purchase for cash, however Privileges by Wyndham members can book using Credits.
  • RCI PRIVILEGES HOLIDAY EXTRAS - Extra exchange inventory on offer for reduced Credits
  • INSTANT EXCHANGE POOL - Last minute Inventory (within 30 days). Please Note: RCI reserves the right to remove any inventory from the Instant Exchange pool.

What is an Ongoing Search? 

If the holiday you wish to book is unavailable, you can start a free Ongoing Search. Ongoing Search allows you to search for:

  • Certain resorts
  • Room types and;
  • Date ranges

The Ongoing Search searches for availability 24 hours a day, seven days a week and is completely free to use. WorldMark Owners have priority access meaning your Ongoing Search requests are prioritised when newly deposited weeks become available for you to book. You can have multiple Ongoing Searches at a time, and no transfer of Vacation Credits is required when searching for a resort (Vacation Credits are only required if a resort becomes available and you confirm the reservation with an RCI consultant). An Ongoing Search cannot be requested for Split Week or Nightly Stay reservations as the Ongoing Search only searches for seven night stays.

How will RCI notify me of an Ongoing Search match? 

If availability is found for your requested holiday, RCI will contact you by phone with the details. You then have 24 hours to confirm the reservation.

How long will RCI hold my Ongoing Search match before I confirm? 

Once an RCI consultant contacts you to advise of a match, you will have 24 hours to confirm the reservation before it is offered to the next member in line with a request.

How do I request an Ongoing Search? 

On the RCI website, click on "Search by Map"

  1. When you search for a resort which does not have availability, the Ongoing Search option will appear
  2. Select the "Add ongoing search request" then follow the options to complete the search request,
  3. Once on the Ongoing Search page, simply select:
    1. The region and subregion which you wish to travel to, or if you have a specific resort that you wish to travel to you can enter the Resort ID in the Resort ID selections box,
    2. Then choose the date range in which you want to travel:
  4. Select the room types and if required, the day of the week you wish to check in,
  5. Click "Continue" and the system will search 24 hours, seven days a week, and if availability is found the RCI team will contact you

How do I use a Guest Certificate? 

Privileges Elite members and above can share the fun of RCI holidays with friends and family by giving a free Guest Certificate to their loved ones. Members receive one complimentary Guest Certificate once per calendar year, which is valued at AU$30. To book using a Guest Certificate, you can call an RCI Consultant, confirm a reservation and add the Guest Certificate to the booking, which allows you to add friends/family members name to the reservation - therefore the friends/family members can travel on the reservation instead of you as the member.

How does the Spacebank extension work?

Spacebank extension provides a free three-month extension for Privileges Elite members and above when Spacebanking Vacation Credits. Vacation Credits can usually be banked in the Spacebank for up to two years, therefore the Spacebank extension allows Vacation Credits to be banked for up to two years and three months in total. To utilise this extension, members must call an RCI Consultant and request the extension. This benefit is to be used within 12 months of qualifying for RCI Elite Benefits. Please Note: Members must book and travel within the Spacebanked period.

How does RCI Cancellation Protection work?

If Privileges Elite members and above have to cancel their holiday due to any circumstances, they can call an RCI Consultant who will waive the cancellation fee on their booking, when cancelled more than 45 days in advance. This benefit can be used once per calendar year.

Confirm First 

What is a Confirm First reservation? 

When exchanging Vacation Credits with RCI there are two options. The first option is Confirm First.

Confirm First simply means that you can confirm a reservation before transferring Vacation Credits to RCI. Vacation Credits are then deducted after the reservation is confirmed. You can search the online system, or find availability over the phone with an RCI consultant, confirm a reservation and pay the exchange fee. Once confirmed, Vacation Credits and a Housekeeping token/fee are deducted from your WorldMark account (usually within 3 business days). If you do not have enough Vacation Credits after a reservation is confirmed, you can pay cash. The shortfall of Vacation Credits is charged at $0.15c per Vacation Credit.  Confirm First reservations can be made up to 2 years in advance of the travel date and are subject to an RCI exchange fee. All WorldMark Owners with a current RCI membership can book a Confirm First reservation, however Premier Owners only have access to the WEEKS Pool of Inventory, while Privileges by Wyndham members can access the POINTS pool as well which provides added flexibility for nightly stays.

How do I book a Confirm First reservation? 

Over the phone:

  1. Select the dates and property you wish to book at www.worldmarksp.com (login and click "RCI Exchange" link to view RCI account and properties)
  2. Call an RCI consultant on 1300 737 667 (AU) or 0800 737 667 (NZ)
  3. Pay the Exchange fee to the RCI Consultant
    1. RCI Consultant confirms the reservation
    2. Applicable Vacation Credits and Housekeeping token/fee based on the nightly rates are deducted (usually processed within 3 business days)

Online:

  1. Login at www.worldmarksp.com (login and click "RCI Exchange" link to view RCI account and properties)
  2. Select the property you wish to book, then click "available units":
  3. "Available units" allows you to select the date range in which you wish to travel
  4. Please Note: Check in days will appear as one day available which indicates the property is available for one week (seven nights). The below example shows that a seven night stay is available to book from Friday 1st December, checking out on Friday 8th December 2017 (all seven nights will not be highlighted grey as available, only the check in day shows as available):
  5. You can then confirm your reservation and pay the Exchange fee, and will receive a confirmation letter which includes the details of your reservation, including the cancellation policy specific to your reservation
  6. Within three business days, your Vacation Credits and Housekeeping token/fee will be deducted from your WorldMark account for the reservation

Who can Spacebank? 

All WorldMark Owners with a current RCI membership can deposit their Credits into RCI\'s Spacebank.

What is Spacebanking? 

Spacebanking simply means you are transferring Vacation Credits to your RCI account without making a booking. When Spacebanking Vacation Credits, the Credits should transfer overnight (maximum up to 72 hours) to show in your RCI account. The deposit must be a minimum of 3000 Vacation Credits, but any amount can be deposited, i.e. 7605 Vacation Credits. Spacebanking extends the life of Vacation Credits for travel within RCI for up to 2 additional years. Once Vacation Credits have been placed in RCI\'s Spacebank, they cannot be moved back into your WorldMark Owner account, therefore it is recommended that Spacebank only be used when the Vacation Credits are due to expire. When you make a Confirm First booking, either online or via phone, the deposited Vacation Credits (in the Spacebank) will be used first. The remaining balance will be deducted from your Worldmark Owner account balance, if necessary. If the destination of choice is not available at the time of the request, you can put an Ongoing Search in the system. This means your request will remain in the queue for inventory, and the RCI consultant will contact you if something becomes available and then you can confirm the exchange. If you book using less Vacation Credits than your deposit in the Spacebank, you can keep the remaining balance towards your next RCI booking. You are not required to Spacebank a Housekeeping token with your deposited Vacation Credits, as this will be taken at the time of confirmation, if necessary. You can contact your Owner Services team to Spacebank your Vacation Credits into RCI\'s Spacebank. All RCI reservations made using Spacebanked Vacation Credits are subject to an RCI Exchange fee and a WorldMark Housekeeping fee.

What can I book using my deposited Credits through Spacebank? 

RCI has various inventory \'pools\'. You will be able to book from the Weeks Pool, and if you are a Privileges by Wyndham member, you will also have access to the Points Pool.  You cannot use Spacebanked Credits towards Rental Bookings.

I have just made a booking with RCI, Should I now deposit Credits to cover it? 

No. The booking that is already confirmed in the RCI system utilises Credits taken from your WorldMark account. If a Spacebank deposit is generated after a booking has already been confirmed, the two transactions will pass, and the booking will take new Credits, while the Spacebank Credits are loaded in RCI\'s system.

Do I need to pay a Housekeeping fee to Spacebank Credits? 

No.  The Housekeeping fee is charged when the Credits are booked into a reservation. Housekeeping is not charged at the time of the Spacebank.

What if there are not enough Spacebanked Credits in my RCI account to confirm an exchange, can I still book? 

Yes, the RCI system will tell you how many Credits you have available in both your WorldMark account and in your RCI account on your RCI home page. Once you confirm an RCI reservation, the system will utilize the Spacebanked Credits first, and the additional Credits required will be deducted from your WorldMark Owner account within three business days.

I Spacebanked some Credits with RCI and now want to use them in WorldMark, can I move them back? 

Once Credits are Spacebanked into RCI they cannot be re-deposited into your WorldMark Owner account. Remember, with Confirm First you don\'t have to Spacebank in RCI prior to searching or confirming a reservation so there is no need to move your Credits into RCI unless they are nearing expiration.

What is an RCI Rentals booking? 

This is rental Inventory (not exchanged), that all RCI members can book using cash. This is additional inventory offered by RCI, as an option when exchange inventory may not be available. As this is not an Exchange - there is no RCI Exchange Fee or Housekeeping fees charged to Owners. Wyndham allows Privileges by Wyndham members to use Vacation Credits instead (you always have the option to pay cash to RCI if you prefer). Credit values are worked out with a formula based on the cash rate of the inventory booked - therefore more expensive resorts require more Vacation Credits. Some resorts can be booked for split week stays; either 3 nights (Fri-Sun) or 4 nights (Mon-Thurs) - Usually only in Asia Pacific Region. Expiring Vacation Credits (within 90 days) cannot be used on Rental Bookings. Previously Spacebanked Vacation Credits cannot go towards Rentals, as these have been banked into the RCI Exchange Pool.

What happens if I cancels a Rental booking? 

If cancelled prior to 60 days before check-in, all Vacation Credits are returned.

If the booking contained Vacation Credits that have since expired, an attempt will be made to reshuffle the Vacation Credits into another booking. As this is not always possible, it would be recommended that you contact your Owner Services team to advise that you have cancelled an RCI booking that contains expired Vacation Credits, and make another Worldmark booking that the Vacation Credits can be reshuffled into. Any bookings cancelled within 60 days of arrival, Vacation Credits are forfeited, and RCI advises Owners of this at the time of cancellation.

When I register, it says I already have an account?

Lifestyle Solutions by WorldMark login uses a unique email address for each membership. You can\'t use the same email address for a different membership; your partner may have already registered using a shared email address. If you have forgotten your password, navigate to www.lsbw.com.au and click login. You will then be able to select "Forgot Password?" and follow the prompts.


I don\'t remember the email address I used when I registered?

For privacy reasons our consultants are not able to see what email address you have used for online registration. We suggest you try all of your known email addresses at www.lsbw.com.au and click on sign in and then select "Forgot Password?" to determine which email is a match. This does not automatically change your password unless you wish to complete the next step. If you do not receive this email please check your spam folder. The Lifestyle Solutions by WorldMark website uses many different technologies that might not be supported by out of date browsers.
