What is Wyndham Rewards?
Wyndham Rewards is the world\'s largest hotel rewards program based on the number of participating properties and is offered exclusively by Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. The program enables Wyndham Rewards members to earn Wyndham Rewards® points which can be redeemed towards accommodation stays, gift cards, levies and more! Privileges by Wyndham members ("Privileges members") are automatically enrolled in Wyndham Rewards as part of their Privileges membership benefits.

Does the Wyndham Rewards program offer anything special for members of the WorldMark South Pacific Club community?
Yes! Privileges by Wyndham members of the WorldMark South Pacific Club can redeem Wyndham Rewards points to make a payment towards their annual Club levies. Additionally, Privileges by Wyndham members can earn Wyndham Rewards® points as rewards for referring friends, attending Owner updates and through sales incentives. Additionally, Privileges Elite members and above are able to exchange their Privileges Qualified Credits for Wyndham Rewards points once every Anniversary Year up to the annual exchange cap (see "Exchange Program" FAQ\'s below for more information).

How do I enroll into the Wyndham Rewards program?
The primary Privileges by Wyndham member on a WorldMark South Pacific Club Ownership account is automatically enrolled into Wyndham Rewards upon signing up to Privileges by Wyndham membership.
Only the primary Privileges by Wyndham member is enrolled as the Wyndham Rewards system does not allow for two members to be added at the time of account creation.
A secondary member can be added to an existing Wyndham Rewards account, as per instructions outlined below under "How do I add a secondary member to my Wyndham Rewards account?"
Privileges by Wyndham members who have been enrolled into the Wyndham Rewards program will receive an email confirmation from Wyndham Rewards welcoming them to the program and advising of their membership number.

How do I add a secondary member to my Wyndham Rewards account?
Only the primary Privileges by Wyndham member is enrolled into the Wyndham Rewards account.
To add a secondary member, simply call Wyndham Rewards contact centre on 0011-800-367-87477 and they will ask for the secondary member\'s full name and add them to the account.

What access does a secondary member have on a Wyndham Rewards account?
Secondary members can access the Wyndham Rewards account with the same login details provided to the primary member.
Secondary members can call in to inquire about the account, redeem Wyndham Rewards points, retrieve internet login information and make reservations; however they are unable to earn points with reservations in their name.
In order to receive Wyndham Rewards points for stays, the reservations must be under the primary member\'s name and the primary member must stay and the rate must be qualifying.

Do I receive a Wyndham Rewards membership card?
Privileges by Wyndham members are sent a Privileges membership card via post which contains the Wyndham Rewards membership number given to the Privileges by Wyndham member. The card can take 4 - 8 weeks to be posted from transmission of a new Privileges by Wyndham membership.

Where can I find my Wyndham Rewards member number?
Your Wyndham Rewards member number is printed on your Privileges by Wyndham card. You can also view all your membership number when you log in to www.wyndhamrewards.com on the top right of the page under your name, next to your Wyndham Rewards points balance.

How do I modify my name on my Wyndham Rewards account?
Privileges by Wyndham membership is linked to Wyndham Rewards Membership and your Wyndham Rewards account will be automatically created with the primary Owners name.
In order to modify the name on your Wyndham Rewards account, please provide the information below to:

Please include your:

  • Wyndham Rewards membership number
  • Current name on account
  • New name required for account
  • Copy of certified legal documentation of the name change (i.e., marriage certificate, driver\'s license, divorce decree, etc.)

How do I remove a member from my Wyndham Rewards account?
From time to time there may be cases where a member may need to request to remove a primary or secondary Wyndham Rewards member from the Wyndham Rewards account, for instances including; divorce, death, medical situations etc.
In all cases, please refer to Wyndham Rewards Member Services on 0011-800-367-87477.

I have two Wyndham Rewards accounts when I should have one, who do I contact to fix this?
Upon signing up to Privileges by Wyndham membership, you are automatically enrolled into the Wyndham Rewards program as you receive additional benefits through Wyndham Rewards with your Privileges membership compared to a regular Wyndham Rewards member. If you already have a Wyndham Rewards account, or you accidentally created a second account that is not linked to your Privileges by Wyndham membership, please contact your Owner Services team and they can remove the second account which is not in use. Any Wyndham Rewards points can be transferred over from the second account which is not in use, to the primary account which is linked to your Privileges by Wyndham membership.

Do Wyndham Rewards points expire?
Yes. Wyndham Rewards points expire four years after the date they are posted to the Wyndham Rewards account unless they are forfeited due to inactivity (usually 18 months) as defined by the program terms and conditions available at www.wyndhamrewards.com

How do I log in to my Wyndham Rewards account?
Your username and password are set the first time you log in to www.wyndhamrewards.com.
If this is your first time signing in to www.wyndhamrewards.com, please follow the instructions below:

1. Visit www.wyndhamrewards.com

1. On the top right hand side of the page, click on \'Sign In\'
2. Click \'Set up your account\'
3. Enter your Wyndham Rewards Member Number (Unsure what this is? Please see the question above: Where can I find my Wyndham Rewards member number?)
4. Enter \'Email Address or Phone\' (these should be the current details on your WorldMark South Pacific Club Ownership)
5. Enter \'Zip/Postal Code or City\' (these should be the current details on your WorldMark South Pacific Club Ownership)
6. Click  \'Continue\'
7. Your username will be automatically populated to your Wyndham Rewards member number (as printed on your Privileges by Wyndham card)
8. Enter a \'New Password\'
9. \'Re-Type New Password\' you entered above
10. Click the \'Submit\' button
11. As you are logging in for the first time, you will be asked to set up your security questions.
12. Congratulations! You have set up your Wyndham Rewards online account.

Go Free, Go Fast and Go Get \'em options are all offered by individual properties which are subject to change at any time. Properties are also subject to availability and can change from time to time.

What are the booking options with Wyndham Rewards Hotels?
Members can call Wyndham Rewards Member Services via phone or book online at www.wyndhamrewards.com using the Search Bar. Please Note: Selected properties may require members to call the hotel provider directly to book. Details and instructions will appear online at www.wyndhamrewards.com prior to booking.

You can also earn Wyndham Rewards points when paying cash at selected properties within these 4 brands. There is usually a 2 night minimum when booking properties across these 4 brands. Call Wyndham Rewards to check availability and receive additional details, such as information about minimum length of stay requirements, cancellation policies and blackout dates.
  • Wyndham Vacation Rentals (Condos & Homes): View properties at www.wyndhamvacationrentals.com. You can earn Wyndham Rewards points for cash bookings at selected properties. You can redeem Wyndham Rewards points to book selected properties. You cannot view properties or book via the Wyndham Rewards website. Call Wyndham Rewards to check availability and receive additional details, such as information about minimum length of stay requirements, cancellation policies and blackout dates.

Booking options vary depending on the Homes property. Please see below for each property booking option:

  • Cottages; Landal GreenParks: View properties at www.chooseacottage.co.uk/WR2 and www.landal.com. You cannot earn points at these properties when paying cash. Simply book via the websites above if paying cash. You can redeem Wyndham Rewards points to book at these properties. To book using points, please call Wyndham Rewards directly.
  • Wyndham Vacation Rentals (Condos & Homes): View properties at www.wyndhamvacationrentals.com. You can earn Wyndham Rewards points for cash bookings at selected properties. You can redeem Wyndham Rewards points to book selected properties. You cannot view properties or book via the Wyndham Rewards website. Call Wyndham Rewards to check availability and receive additional details, such as information about minimum length of stay requirements, cancellation policies and blackout dates.

 

Wyndham Rewards® Earning


How do members earn Wyndham Rewards points with Wyndham Rewards Hotels?
With over 8,000 hotels globally, earning Wyndham Rewards points through Hotel stays is easy. Simply pay cash for your chosen Wyndham Rewards hotel, and earn points which can be redeemed for other accommodation stays, plus more. For every qualified stay at a participating hotel, Privileges members receive either:

  • 10 Wyndham Rewards® points for every US$1; or
  • 1,000 Wyndham Rewards® points, whichever is more.
  • Points are earned for dollars spent on room rate only, except at Wyndham® properties, where 10 points are earned for each dollar spent on the total folio (i.e. food and beverages).
  • Follow the steps below to earn Wyndham Rewards points for Hotel Stays:
    • Login to www.wyndhamrewards.com
    • Use your Wyndham Rewards member number - located on your Privileges by Wyndham membership card or on the Account Dashboard at www.privilegesbywyndham.com.au)
    • Enter your password (if it is your first time logging in, simply follow the steps in questions above)
    • IMPORTANT: Change the language at the top right hand side to \'English - Asia Pacific\' by clicking on the world image to allow you to redeem the benefits available in your region
    • Click on the "Explore the program" tab located at the top of the screen
    • Click on the "Earn Wyndham Rewards Points" option
    • Select "See Hotels" under your preferred provider to browse properties (Note: This option will take you to a third party website to browse)
    • On the third party website, you will notice you are still logged in to your Wyndham Rewards account under the Wyndham Rewards logo on the top right of the page.
    • Under the search bar on the third party website, browse your desired location and book as per instructions.
    • You can also visit www.wyndhamrewards.com and browse selected Hotels via the search bar on the home page.
    • You will receive confirmation via e-mail
    • Please note: Wyndham Rewards Points will usually be posted to your Wyndham Rewards account two to four weeks after the activity through which they were earned

How do members earn Wyndham Rewards points with Wyndham Rewards Condos?
Members can earn Wyndham Rewards points through selected Condos stays. Simply pay cash for your chosen Condo, and earn points which can be redeemed for other accommodation stays, plus more.
For every qualified stay at a participating Condo, members receive either:

  • 10 Wyndham Rewards® points for every US$1; or
  • 1,000 Wyndham Rewards® points, whichever is more.
  • Points are earned for dollars spent on room rate only, except at Wyndham® properties, where 10 points are earned for each dollar spent on the total folio (i.e. food and beverages).
  • Follow the steps below to earn Wyndham Rewards points for Condo Stays:
    • Visit https://www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-vacations
    • Login to your account by clicking on the Wyndham Rewards tab in the right hand corner (if not already logged in)
    • Browse Condos through the Location, Check in & Check out date and room type
    • A list of Condos will appear. Browse properties as available or "Refine Results" as shown on left side menu. Refining results narrows the search to select specific options based on your accommodation requirements.
    • Click on the nightly rate to continue with a reservation
    • Select by room or rates for the chosen property.  You can also "Refine Results" and view the total cost of your stay by clicking on "Total For Stay" Remember the cost is a cash payment in order to earn Wyndham Rewards points.
    • Click on "Book" to continue
    • Complete "Guest Information" (name, email address, residential address) and "Payment Method" online
    • Click "Complete Reservation" to confirm your reservation
    • You will receive confirmation via e-mail
    • Please Note: Only selected Condos properties can be booked online. See question "What are the booking options with Wyndham Rewards Condos?" for more information on each Condos option.

How do members earn Wyndham Rewards points with Wyndham Rewards Homes?
Currently Wyndham Rewards members can only earn Wyndham Rewards points through booking Wyndham Vacation Rentals Homes. All other Homes are able to be booked with cash online, earning no Wyndham Rewards points, or booked using Wyndham Rewards points with either Go Free or Go Fast booking options by calling Wyndham Rewards Member Services.

How do members redeem Wyndham Rewards points with Wyndham Rewards Hotels, Condos and Homes?
The most popular and economical way of redeeming Wyndham Rewards points is through accommodation stays where you can redeem at over 25,000 participating hotels, condos and homes globally.
You have two options when redeeming Wyndham Rewards points;

  • Go Free - Members can redeem 15,000 Wyndham Rewards points per bedroom for accommodation for one go free award night. There are no Blackout Dates when redeeming for a free night in hotels.
  • Go Fast - Members can redeem 3,000 Wyndham Rewards points plus pay some cash per bedroom for one go fast award night.
  • IMPORTANT: Both Go Free and Go Fast are available at participating properties only. Blackout Dates may apply at selected Condos and Homes properties.

Follow the steps below to earn Wyndham Rewards points for Hotels, Condos and Homes stays:

How do members redeem Wyndham Rewards points towards gift cards?
Privileges by Wyndham members can redeem Wyndham Rewards points for gift certificates, gift cards and store value cards from providers directly affiliated with the Wyndham Rewards program.

  • Use your Wyndham Rewards member number - located on your Privileges by Wyndham membership card or on the Account Dashboard at www.privilegesbywyndham.com.au)
  • Enter your password (if it is your first time logging in, simply follow the steps in the questions above)
  • IMPORTANT: Change the language at the top right hand side to "English - Asia Pacific" by clicking on the world icon to allow you to redeem the benefits available in your region

  • Click "Points Catalog"

  • Select how many Gift Cards to purchase
  • Add to Wish List if you do not wish to purchase yet or add to Shopping Basket and proceed to check out
  • A new webpage will appear - you are now in the Check Out.
  • Review your chosen items and once confirmed, click "Check out"
  • A new webpage will appear -  1. Shipping
  • Your Shipping Address will show your address - You can change this by clicking "Add Address"

  • Click "Points Catalog"

What is the cancellation policy for reservations made through Wyndham Rewards?

What is the Cancellation Policy with Wyndham Rewards Hotels?
The cancellation policy applicable to a reservation will be displayed, in the case of an online reservation, or explained, in the case of a reservation made with Member Services, prior to finalisation of the reservation. How does the exchange of Privileges Qualified Credits for Wyndham Rewards® points work?
Privileges Elite, Diamond and Platinum members have the ability to exchange Privileges Qualified Credits for Wyndham Rewards® points through the Wyndham Rewards® program, allowing Privileges by Wyndham members to holiday at over 25,000 properties across the globe.
You can exchange your Privileges Qualified Credits to Wyndham Rewards® points by submitting an exchange request online, or by calling your Privileges Elite Reservations team on (AU) 1300 850 160, (NZ) 0800 850 160, (FJ) 008 003 263 or (INTL) +61 7 5512 8021.

What types of Credits are eligible to be exchanged to Wyndham Rewards® points?
Privileges Qualified Credits purchased by Privileges members directly from the Developer or other Vacation Credits which have, at the sole discretion of the Developer, been extended the Privileges benefits. This excludes Bonus, Award and One-Time Credits, as well as borrowed and saved Vacation Credits.

Am I able to exchange Privileges Qualified Credits that are due to expire this year?
Yes, however Privileges Qualified Credits used towards this feature require a minimum of 45 days\' validity to be accepted.

How long will it take from exchanging my Privileges Qualified Credits until Wyndham Rewards® points appear in my Wyndham Rewards® account?
Wyndham Rewards® points will appear in your Wyndham Rewards® account within 72 hours of the exchange being processed.

What is the conversion rate when exchanging Privileges Qualified Credits to Wyndham Rewards points?
Privileges Elite members receive 5,000 Wyndham Rewards® points for every 1,000 Privileges Qualified Credits converted. Privileges Diamond members receive 6,000 Wyndham Rewards® points for every 1,000 Privileges Qualified Credits converted. Privileges Platinum and 100 Club members receive 7,500 Wyndham Rewards® points for every 1,000 Privileges Qualified Credits converted. This is subject to change.

Is there a cost to exchange Privileges Qualified Credits to Wyndham Rewards® points?
Yes. There is an AU$199 exchange fee payable at the time of the exchange request for Privileges Elite members regardless of the total amount of Privileges Qualified Credits converted. There is an AU$149 exchange fee payable at the time of the exchange request for Privileges Diamond members regardless of the total amount of Privileges Qualified Credits converted. There is an AU$99 exchange fee payable at the time of the exchange request for Privileges Platinum and 100 Club members regardless of the total amount of Privileges Qualified Credits converted.

What if I change my mind after exchanging Privileges Qualified Credits for Wyndham Rewards® points?
The choice to convert your Privileges Qualified Credits to Wyndham Rewards® points is a final transaction and the converted Privileges Qualified Credits cannot be returned to your WorldMark South Pacific Club account.

Can I exchange Wyndham Rewards points towards WorldMark South Pacific Club annual levies?
Privileges by Wyndham members who have Wyndham Rewards membership can redeem Wyndham Rewards points towards WorldMark South Pacific Club annual levies. The current exchange is 10,000 Wyndham Rewards points = AUD$60. This exchange rate is subject to change from time to time and will be communicated to members. The New Zealand annual levy is the same as the Australian annual levy but is converted into NZD through a set exchange rate based on the currency at the beginning of the year.
Please Note: The specified amount will be credited to a WorldMark South Pacific Club account and automatically be applied to the next levy payment. Please allow seven business days processing time. Payment of Annual Levies using Wyndham Rewards® points is non-refundable.

My Wyndham Rewards account is locked - why is this and how can I unlock it?
From time to time, Wyndham Rewards reviews Wyndham Rewards accounts, which temporarily \'locks\' the account while the review is taking place. There are a few triggers that will put an account into a review status:

  • A large influx of earning points (Hotel/Condo stays or a Credits to points transfer)
  • Multiple lots of points earned in a given day to the same account
  • If points earnt for a stay is too large for the number of nights i.e. 10,000 for 1 night stay
  • Reviews can last between 5 to 10 business days before the account is released, from the time it goes into review status. If your account is in review status, you can contact Wyndham Rewards Member Services and they will have the account reviewed real time, meaning the account will be unlocked much quicker.

When booking, an error appears "Not enough Wyndham Rewards points to complete transaction" although I have enough points - why is this?
Another issue that can occur during the account lock is when members try to redeem points for Go Free/Go Fast reservations, however the online system advises "not enough Wyndham Rewards points to complete transaction". If this occurs, contact Wyndham Rewards Member Services who will review the account in real time and lift the account lock.
